The 100% Ibérico Acorn-fed “Pata Negra” Shoulder has a compelling flavour, afforded by the vast quality of the acorn eaten by the pig, but with a tendency for sweet nuances due to its low amounts of salt, which is also indicative of the curing in our natural cellars.
