The Acorn-Fed Chorizo is prepared using a 100%-natural process, which begins by selecting the cuts to be used to prepare the sausages, before preparing the natural marinade using paprika. The sausages are then cured in natural gut in traditional wooden cellars, guaranteeing optimal curing of the product.
The result is a sausage with a time-honoured traditional appearance, and the flavour contributed by the cuts used to create the product.
