Our acorn-fed loins come from pigs that are reared in our oak forests. We add a natural marinade using paprika, garlic and salt, in addition to our family touch, which lends it a unique taste. All our loins come in an intense colour due to the acorns eaten, and a constant marbling due to the 50% Ibérico breed.
