The Cebo de Campo Shoulder always has a more intense flavour than Cebo de Campo Ham. It comes from pigs that are reared free-range, but their main food source are cereals. Majín is fortunate in that our pigs live on estates with holm oak trees and acorns that produce a different product, with slightly more intense tones, a pink loin and golden fat.
The Majín 50% Ibérico Cebo de Campo Ham is simply different, a safe bet.
